Sarah is an actor, teacher, artist, director, and audiobook narrator who grew up in San Antonio, TX, but moved in 2013 to Chicago. She holds a BFA in acting from the University of Southern California and, in 2013, received the LA Weekly Best Actress Award for her performance in the Belle of Belfast. Sarah is also the host of The ADHD Artist podcast.

Sarah talks about the inspiration for the podcast, how she keeps her focus when performing, and how easily she gets distracted during auditions and rehearsals. Mindfulness meditation saved Sarah’s life and her career. Sarah also shares the moment she was completely lost on stage during a performance.
