He discusses recent research as well as his personal experiences and explains how ADHD could be “entrepreneur’s superpower.” John Torrens, a Professor of Entrepreneurial Practice in Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management, has attention-deficithyperactivity disorder (ADHD). His talk will discuss his experiences as an ADHD entrepreneur and the research that shows ADHD may be an “extrepreneur’s superpower.” His goal is to share his message that ADHD can be a benefit in the contexts of entrepreneurship, even though it’s considered a disability.
