RECIPE (ish) – This is kind of a joke because I obviously measured nothing but here’s the cake recipe and an estimate of what else I did.

Cake:
(use GRAMS so you can adjust the flour amount)

Whipped Cream:
2-3 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vanilla

Cornflake crunch:
1:1 ratio of cornflakes to sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
*Toss the sugar and cornflakes in a pan until the sugar melts and then mix around constantly until it starts to brown and then remove from pan immediately
