Adults, and especially Black Women with ADHD, often feel so ashamed about the ways in which they struggle with responsibilities they often hide who they really are to even those who know them well. End Child Anxiety

Not all doctors can give you a diagnosis and prescribe medication. It is preferable to have a doctor who is experienced in Adult ADHD. This is another episode.
Only a handful of Black Women are talking about it. We need to have a conversation about it so that we can all support one another and remind ourselves that there’s nothing wrong with us.
