The Rewards (and Challenges) of Life with ADHD | Gavin O’Connell | Wyckoff Schools

Gavin has ADHD. Because he felt it would be beneficial to share how ADHD affects his daily life, he chose to give his Ted Talk. This speech teaches that while people may be different, we all share the same values: love, respect, and peace.

Gavin is an artist. He enjoys looking ahead and imagining what his future holds. He has a primary focus on getting into University Notre Dame. He is a fourth-grader, but he knows he has a lot of life ahead of him. He believes that if it’s not planned or doesn’t have a backup plan, it will be a huge MISSION FAILED. Did I mention that he loves spying?

This presentation was created independently by TED Conferences and was made possible through a TED Education program. Only approved participants can upload TED-Ed student talks.
