The more I know about rejection sensitive dysphoria, the more I understand why I was sensitive as a child.

People with ADHD are more likely to experience rejection sensitive dysphoria. We tend to be emotional hypersensitive and have a tendency to be highly sensitive. I struggled to explain why I felt so emotional over the years, but I learned ways to manage my emotions as I grew up.
