#3: You must be committed. It is important to be committed even in the face of setbacks. It’s not difficult to keep moving forward towards changing your physiology when everything is going well. Anxiety is not something that lurks within you. It is important to pay attention to your physiology and be positive when anxiety symptoms or health concerns arise.

#4: You must create small challenges in your day. You can’t just take one step in a cold lake and walk away. You have to be willing to explore a new world.
