I made this video for instagram initially. I’ve only seen very short 4-5 minute videos on depression and I was like, “this isn’t enough to fully explain to people… for them to truly understand what depression is.” There’s another video thats about the same length as mine, where there is a drawing and a voiceover. When I recorded this, I believed that if I were talking to you “face to face” maybe it would be more interesting.
